To mark the start of the third quarter and the upcoming summer season, the Sto Team came together for a two-day national team-building conference in Wellington. 

A productive first day included a good dose of strategy, reflection and humour, highlighting the record-building year. The day focused on sales, technical and marketing, and included regional Sto updates presented by each of the Sto Architectural team, Sto system updates from the technical team, and presentations on the imminent release of the innovative StoColor Dryonic MX Biomimetic façade paint and the concept behind the exciting new StoColor System. 

In true Sto tradition the day concluded with rounds of Nordic axe throwing, with bullseyes for some, and boomerangs for others, later celebrated with liquid refreshments and a meat feast dinner. 

The second day included practical workshops to demonstrate the application techniques of a new Sto render finish, and the warehouse teams from Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch were challenged with sample-making tips and logistics knowledge. This was complemented by a team lunch to wrap up another well-rendered event enjoyed by the whole team.
